About EdSpecially4U
ED Specially 4U has been created by a former Assistant Principal with the NSW Department of Education and Training, who has had teaching experience in both Australia and the UK, within mainstream and special education settings. Teaching experience includes, mainstream education classes, language support unit, teaching students in special education schools who have mild, moderate and severe intellectual disabilities (including physical disabilities), & extensive work with students with Autism
(ASD).
Donna has held leadership roles within NSW Department of Education and Training Schools in which she has had experience assisting teachers to design and implement appropriate individual programs based on student need. It is from this experience that ED Specially 4U was created.
Creating, designing and implementing quality programs has always been a high priority in my teaching. While assisting other teachers to design resources appropriate to the specific individual needs of their students as well as running my own home/tutor programs, I found that colourful and stimulating resources were difficult to find, or had to be adapted further for the needs of students. I decided to create resources, which are ready made so that they can be purchased by teachers and parents and used in their classrooms/ at home on the day of delivery. These resources should be able to be used on their own or to complement other resources and programs.
Educating students, especially students with special educational abilities, is my passion, and making these resources has been a delight. I hope you find ED Specially 4U resources to be both motivating for students, as well as practical and durable for your classroom or home setting.

ED Specially 4U school readiness programs are designed, created and taught by our professional qualified and experienced primary school teachers. Working with children in the preschool and infants departments of various schools, we have developed a wealth of good ideas and motivating activities to encourage your child to succeed and learn. We know that you will find our teaching staff friendly, patient and helpful to you and your children. Our classes build CONFIDENCE in early learners.
Our School readiness programs LEARN 4 SCHOOL and READY 4 SCHOOL have been created to extend the work currently being taught in preschools. Research from around the world has proven that the earlier the introductory skills of literacy and maths are introduced to children, the more success they will achieve in their following years at school.
We enjoy planning fun and motivating classes for preschool children, which give them a great start for their schooling years.
As well as being teachers, we are also all mothers of young children ourselves, and are able to empathise with the fears and queries that parents have in these years before school begins.
We know that School readiness will be as much fun for your child as it is for the staff who run it.
