Singing Choice Board
The long awaited visual choice board has finally been produced.

STEP 1 FOR PHONICS INSTRUCTION
LETTER STARS are unique to ED Specially 4U. This is the beginning resource for explicit instruction of phonics, using the abc 4 me resource kit.
LETTER STARS are designed to teach initial letter sounds. This fantastic resource, enables the teacher/tutor to introduce each letter on it’s own, using the star design and colour to assist early letter learning. Letters are taught without any distractions, only using colour and shape to enhance learning.
Students are clearly taught each letter, followed by the introduction of graphics to assist with initial letter sound concept recognition. All letter colours, and graphics are used consistently throughout the abc phonic resource range, so that the student learns to recognise the letters via a multi-sensory approach. These colours and graphics are faded within further phonic games and activities resources available from ED Specially 4U.
Recommended use; for example:
discuss with students that the letter is a and the sound is /a/. Once they are confident with this; you can introduce each graphic and emphasise that the starting sound of each graphic is /a/. Graphics come in both photo and line drawing sets, depending on the appropriate level for your students.
LETTER STARS come with a CD comprising of each letter of the alphabet. With a fantastic beat, the PHONICS 4U CD, explicitly teaches students letter name, sound and names of words which begin with the letter of the alphabet.
